如何煮出Q彈香濃西米露?How does one cook a well textured and fragrant tapioca pudding?

材料:西米露、椰奶、糖、煮熟地瓜 適量

Ingredients: Tapioca pearls, coconut milk, sugar, and a suitable amount of cooked sweet potato.

料理成功的撇步
撇步1 西米露未煮前絕不碰水
撇步2 滾水下鍋,水量要多
撇步3 煮熟起鍋前再加椰奶調味

Tips to success
Tip 1: Before cooking the tapioca pearls, don't let them come into contact with water

Tip 2: Only add the tapioca once the water is boiling, use enough water about 12 times of Tapioca pearls and boiling for 10 mins

Tip 3: Only add the coconut milk and flavoring ingredients once the tapioca is cooked and just before serving.
